Glassguard was managed locally from a small office in Boca Raton, FL. and overseas from the World Trade Centre building. Panama operation were finally opened in the mid nineties and from that point, the company expanded as a franchise worldwide. In 2018, an investment UAE firm bought 45% of Glassguard privately held stock and today, the commercial laminate is distributed worldwide.
